Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take some time).
- Contact your bank (there is often a processing delay).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver instead.
Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- Depending on your location, the exchange process time may vary.
- If returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
